Lithies houses offer a chance to enjoy the beautiful natural Greek landscape and a slower place of life on a farm. Run by the Giannoulis family, you can even watch, (dependent on season), how they make honey, produce their own organic olive oil and wine, and of course taste some too!. Set in 13.5 acres of private grounds, in a forest location, at the borders of the National Marine Park, Lithies villas provide views of the sea, and a choice of 5 accomodations, sleeping up to 6. This tranquil nature lovers paradise is ideal for a fantastic and unique family holiday.

several types of accommodation are on offer, to best suit your family's needs.
There are three houses which are suitable for 6 people and are 66m2 in size, and two stone houses 52m2 in size suitable for 2 - 5 people.
Suitable for 6 people are "Irini", "Zoi" & "Eleftheria" houses. They consist of two bedrooms, one has a double bed and a single bed and the other bedroom has three single beds. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, with a shower and WC. These houses also have a spacious balcony with views of the surrounding forest and the sea. There are also two stone houses which are each 52 m2 in size; these are called Areti and Galini.
Each house is built on two floors and is suitable for 2-5 people. Downstairs there is a living room with a double sofa bed. There is a kitchen with all necessary utensils, coffee machine and fridge. There is a bathroom with a shower and WC.
Upstairs there is a bedroom with one double bed and one single bed. Upstairs there is a large balcony, with lovely views over the sea and gardens.
Both houses have air conditioning. Facilities

Within the farm, next to Vassilikos' pine forest, the Giannoulis family runs the "Lithies Taverna" the ideal place to enjoy a family meal with the very best ingrediants.
All dishes are prepared in the traditional way with pure ingredients, almost all of which are produced on the family farm. The excellent organic wine, both red and white, is also from the farms own vineyards. They are also ideally placed for hiking and pleasant walks in the stunning surroundings, with maps available on request outlining suggested walking routes. Location
located in the centre of Vassilikos, on the south of the island, which boasts the best beaches such as Gerakas with crystal blue waters and Saint Nicholas. Gerakas, Dafni and other surrounding beaches are protected by the national marine park, where the loggerhead turtle 'Caretta caretta' lays her eggs during the summer months. It's very common for swimmers to see turtles in the summer.
Set in a beautiful forest location, the nearest superb St Nicholas beach is only 800m away, where a choice of watersports are available. A supermarket is very close too (200m), so everything you could wish for is nearby.
The airport is 18km, Zante town 13km,and the doctor's surgery and pharmacy 6km.
